Not Equal is an EPSRC funded project within the Computing Science department of Newcastle University.
With whom we share your data
If you have consented via the ‘Join the Network’ tab, we will retain your information for our mailing list. Your personal information will be treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR. We take appropriate measures to make sure personal information is secure, accurate and up to date. Not-Equal does not share/sell personal information with/to any other organisations.
How long we retain your data
If you join the Network mailing list, the information you provide will be retained until the end of the project (currently June 2021).
What rights you have over your data
If you have joined the Network, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
